Production Director
Jon serves as the Production Director, where he leads the teams responsible for audio, video, lighting, and livestream production. A multi-award-winning music producer and composer, Jon brings more than 25 years of experience in production, composition, and audio engineering. His unique blend of industry excellence and ministry passion fuels his commitment to creating worship environments where people can encounter God without distraction.
He finds the most fulfillment in shepherding his team, nurturing both their skills and their spiritual walk. Jon simply loves and cares for people, with a deep desire to see them discipled in the Word and activated by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Originally from Long Island, New York, Jon and his wife Kristen have been married for more than 17 years and have three children - June, Kristian, and Luke. Outside of ministry, he enjoys fishing along the Florida coast and spending time with his family.
