Camp Legacy is for middle & high school students. *Must have completed 6th grade to attend.

Early-bird registration is $315/per student (ends July 31, 2026). $415/per student begins August 1, 2026.

GENERAL INFO

WHEN IS CAMP LEGACY?
June 7-11, 2027.  Buses depart at 6:00am on Monday, June 7 & return around 6:00pm on Friday, June 11.
WHERE IS CAMP LEGACY LOCATED?
Camp Legacy is hosted at Crowders Springs Camp in Gastonia, North Carolina.
WHO CAN ATTEND CAMP?
Camp Legacy is for middle & high school students. Students must have completed 6th grade to attend.
HOW MUCH DOES CAMP COST?
The true cost of Camp Legacy is $600+ per student. However, because of generous donations we are able to offer more affordable pricing.

Early-bird registration is $315/per student (offer end July 31, 2026).

Full registration of $415/per student begins August 1, 2026.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
  • Cabin style accommodation (6-10 students per cabin + 1-2 leaders in each cabin)
  • All meals (3 meals per day; dinner Monday night through breakfast Friday morning)
  • Bus transportation
  • Camp Legacy student shirt
  • Camp Legacy worship & speakers
  • All activities / games (ie, waterfront, zip-line, ropes course, archery, volleyball, basketball, laser tag, gaga ball, etc.
IS THERE A DEPOSIT? IS IT REFUNDABLE?
Yes, the deposit is a minimum of $100. It is non-refundable.

PACKING & PREPARATION

WHAT SHOULD MY STUDENT BRING TO CAMP?
WHAT TO BRING:
• Physical Bible
• Journal &pen/pencil
• 1 bath towel & 1 beach towel
• Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, etc)
• Pillow, blanket, twin sheets or sleeping bag
• Sunscreen & bug spray
• Clothes (enough for 5 days & camp theme nights)
• Swimsuit (1-piece or tankini for girls. Board shorts for boys)
• Footwear (comfortable sneakers & sandals/water shoes)
• Snacks (No refrigerator or microwave in cabins)
• Money (cash or card) for Snack Shack
WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT CAMP?
WHAT NOT TO BRING:
• Expensive Jewelry
• Electronics (tVs, game consoles, etc.)
• Any kind of illegal drugs or pills
• Anything you can smoke or vape
• Alcohol
• Fireworks
• Glitter/Paint
• Weapons of any kind (Including pocketknives)
• Lighters
• Inappropriate/Revealing clothing (political, alcohol, or drug. Girls: No bikinis, booty shorts, spaghetti strap tank tops, or crop tops. Guys: No high-thigh swimsuits or shorts (They must be mid length or longer). No muscle shirts with side cuts that reveal the chest or abs.
ARE MOBILE PHONES ALLOWED AT CAMP?
  • Phone will be allowed to "memory making" (ie, camp pictures, videos with friends, etc.)
  • Students are not encouraged to spend large amounts of time on social media, gaming, or watching movies/shows on their phone.
  • Students will have the opportunity to use their phone to contact parents.
WHAT IF MY STUDENT HAS DIETARY RESTRICTIONS OR ALLERGIES?
Please add all dietary restrictions and allergies to the student registration form and we will make accommodations accordingly at every meal.

TRAVEL & CHECK-IN

WHAT IS THE TRANSPORTATION TO CAMP?
  • Students & leaders will be transported to and from camp on charter buses.
  • Students are not allowed to drive themselves to camp.
  • Student check in & departure will begin Monday, June 7 at 6:00am.
  • Student arrive from camp will be Friday, June 11 at 6:00pm.
WHERE IS DROP-OFF & PICK-UP?
Beachside High School. On the bus loop side of the building.
CAN MY STUDENT ARRIVE LATE OR LEAVE EARLY FROM CAMP?
We highly encourage every student to travel to and from camp with the whole group via charter bus.

Late arrivals and/or early departures from Camp Legacy must be arranged with our team through email if needed – office@legacyhouse.live

HEALTH & SAFETY

IS THERE MEDICAL STAFF ON SITE?
Yes. We have multiple fire rescue EMTs on site 24/7 with first aid supplies.
WHERE IS THE NEAREST HOSPITAL?
Atrium Health Kings Mountain Hospital. 10-15 drive from camp.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY STUDENT GETS SICK OR INJURED?
  • Our EMTs on site will immediately assess the sickness and/or injury + administer first-aid if necessary.
  • Depending on the gravity of sickness or injury, parents will be contacted to ask for preferred course of action.
  • In the case of an emergency students will be taken to the nearest hospital / emergency room.
WHAT SAFETY PROTOCOLS ARE IN PLACE?
  • All leaders are required to have a background check
  • Students are placed in gender and age specific cabins
  • Gate to camp entrance is closed at all times to the public
  • Life guards on duty during waterfront hours
  • EMTs on site & available 24/7
